To keep our bookings running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please note the following cancellation terms:

48 Hours’ Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours before your appointment will not attract any fee.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and no prior notice is given, the full service amount may be charged.
